Worth remembering
What you should know
The technique is indicated for denture wearers and when the remaining teeth can no longer support fixed prosthetic restorations (for example, in periodontal disease).
It can be performed by digitally guided surgery — with no incisions: faster, more accurate, more comfortable.
Between four and eight implants can be placed.
The patient receives the fixed provisional restoration within 24 hours at most of the procedure.
The provisional teeth stabilise the dental implants and improve aesthetics and chewing (of soft and semi-hard foods).
Depending on healing time (osseointegration of the dental implants), the patient receives the final prosthetic restoration 3–6 months after the procedure.
Frequently asked questions
What patients ask most often
Didn't find your answer? Call us at0767 919 714or request an assessment.
How soon do I get my fixed teeth?
The fixed provisional restoration is fitted within 24 hours at most of the procedure. The final restoration, after osseointegration, is generally made in 3–6 months.
Am I a suitable candidate for this procedure?
Candidacy is established after a consultation and a CT scan, depending on bone volume, the condition of the gums and general health. Not every patient is eligible.
What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?
All-on-4 uses four implants, All-on-6 six. The choice depends on the quantity and quality of bone, established on the CT scan, and on the treatment plan.
Does the procedure hurt?
The procedure is performed under anaesthesia. Inhalation sedation is available for anxious patients. Post-operative discomfort is managed following the doctor’s recommendations.
What does digitally guided surgery involve?
Based on the CT scan we plan the implant positions digitally. When the case allows it, the technique can be minimally invasive (flapless) — more accurate and more comfortable.
How much do fixed teeth in 24 hours cost?
The cost depends on the number of implants and on the treatment plan, established after the consultation and CT scan. See the price list and request an assessment.
